AnyDesk might not recognize a direct connection and the session will be established via AnyDesk network. Direct connections display a play symbol in the status bar. If disabled, endthe session and reconnect. In case the direct connection cannot be established, send the trace files fromboth LAN clients to support@anydesk.com.
