What is the Smart Uninstaller feature of Cleaner One Lite?

Cleaner One Lite has a smart uninstaller which allows the user to delete leftovers of an app more thoroughly right after the user moves it to Trash.

To use this feature, do the following:

1. Move the application you want to uninstall to the Trash. A pop-up window will appear asking to delete the leftover files.
2. Click Deeply Uninstall.
3. It will display the saved disk space. Click OK.

How do I delete big files to free up disk space?

Find and delete big files on your Mac to free disk space. Do the following:

1. Open Cleaner One Lite in Applications.
2. Select Big Files, then click Scan. Wait for the scan to finish.
3. A screen with the list of all the big files over 10MBs will appear by file size.
   • You can sort the big files by Date or Kind.
   • Click the magnifying glass icon to find the file on your Mac, and you can also click the lock icon to add the file to the White List.
4. Check the checkboxes of the big files you wish to delete, then click Next.
5. Choose between Remove To Trash or Delete Permanently, then click Remove.
6. A warning message will appear. Read the message, then click Yes.
7. Wait for the files to be removed, then click Done.

Why can't I delete some files in the Trash?

Some files or folders may be locked. Since Cleaner One Lite is a sand-box app in the Mac App Store, Cleaner One Lite does not have permission to access locked files or folders.

• If a folder is locked, Cleaner One Lite will not list the folder and will not delete it.
• If a folder is unlocked, unlocked files in the folder can be deleted, but locked files cannot be deleted.

How to use the Disk Map feature?

Using Cleaner One Lite's Disk Map feature, you can manage all the files on your disk using a visual map. To use the feature, do the following:

1. Open Cleaner One Lite in Applications.
2. Select Disk Map, then click Select folder.
3. Select the folder that you want to map, then click Open. It will show the list of subsfolders and the used space.

   You can double-click the folders to browse or check the files.

4. Select the folders or files you want to delete, then click Remove.
5. Choose between Remove To Trash or Delete Permanently, then click Proceed.

How do I clean my Mac using the Disk Clean feature?

To use the Deep Disk Clean feature, do the following:

2. Select Junk Files, then click Scan.
3. The window will display all the junk file categories and by default, it only cleans Application Caches and Application Logs. Select other items that you want to clean, then click Remove.
